Subject: Avian Influenza Outbreak

Dear Sirs/Madam

As you are most likely aware this year has seen an unprecedented outbreak of Avian Influenza in the country, which has been steadily climbing in numbers cases over the last few weeks. To encourage people to adhere to the legislation requirement and protect their birds we have put together an article and also a poster ready to be printed below. It would be a great help if the article can be published in your next edition of the parish magazine and if the poster can be printed and put up on the village notice boards.
