Minutes of the Special Planning Meeting of the Parish Council, held on Monday 12th August 2019 in the Village Hall at 7.30pm.

1. Apologies: Cllr Simon Howes.

Present: Cllrs. Marion Dethier (Chair), Brian Gale, John Paige and Rodney Young.

Also present: the Clerk (Chris Fry).

2. Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (As Amended)

Reference: 18/19/00004/ACN.
Type: Full Planning Permission.
Proposal: Retrospective application for the extension of an existing agricultural implement store/shed.
Location: Land to the south of Parchey View, Ward Lane, Chedzoy Bridgwater Somerset
Applicant: Mr Meadows.

The acting chairman opened the meeting, and there followed a full discussion concerning this Planning Application.

The following comments were sent in to Sedgemoor Planners:

“The Parish Council of Chedzoy supports this application, but feels that it is a matter of some concern to the Council that the applicant has on two occasions recently been forced to apply retrospectively for required planning permissions.”

There being no other business the meeting was declared closed at 7.45 pm.
